Join Haunted Bay City author Nicole Beauchamp as we open our doors for public paranormal tours. What is now a community arts center has been a staple of the downtown landscape for over 130 years, many of which were in secrecy. Nicole will take you through the HMT, where you will learn about the history and hauntings of the building, then you will get to conduct your own search!

Each tour lasts 4.5 hours: a 30-minute tour of the space, then 4 full hours of ghost hunting.
ONLY ONE TIME SLOT, limited to 30 guests!
Ages 16 and up permitted (under 18 must be accompanied by an adult)
Bring your own ghost hunting equipment (nothing that cannot be carried around, please!)
