About the event
Vanishing Elephant Players presents Sloshed Shakespeare, a fundraiser for our home theater, the Historic Masonic Temple of Bay City! A circle of actors begin the reading of Shakespeare's The Taming of the Shrew completely sober, but as the night progresses and the drinks start pouring, who knows how the play will end? YOU, the AUDIENCE, with the power of your donations, get to decide the drunken fates of our actors! This fundraiser will go toward maintenance and new covers for our historic stained glass windows in the Blue Room, to replace the old covers which are 100 years old and falling apart!
Show starts April 5th at 6:30pm, with doors opening at 6pm.
